Being Slimming with the Pucker Tool Before I start pushing the sides and legs inward, I like to grab the Pucker tool in Liquify and work on the arms, face, elbows, and any small areas of the body that are not the waist, hips, legs, ribs, or stomach area. Slim the Sides Grab the Smudge Brush tool (Forward Warp Tool) and make the brush very large (larger than the exact area you’re looking to push inward, but nothing excessive) and gently push her sides inward and reconstruct what would be the hourglass shape between her hips and armpits. The Photoshop team has made a significant number of enhancements to the Liquify feature over the years. In Photoshop CS6, they added larger brushes, faster performance (by doing the calculations on the GPU instead of the CPU) and the ability to load the last created Mesh (so that you can apply it to multiple layers or documents). But the icing on the cake happened in Photoshop CC when they made Liquify a nondestructive filter by enabling it as a Smart Filter. This means that not only can you re-edit the filter at any time, but you have access to the Smart Filter mask to selectively show and hide the filter, the Smart Filter Blend Modes and Opacity options and, since you can create a smart object from multiple layers, you can now apply Liquify to all of those layers at once.
I'm also paying for Photoshop cc and the problem occurs only in premiere. I'm contacting them every day and get the same answer, they can't fix the problem and they giving the case to another team, they say they will contact me in 2-3 days but for 2 weeks I got nothing. Same replay from the clueless costumer service representative every day!!! I'ts just beyond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm paying for the god dammmn thing. I will abandon as soon as this project is over to another free alternative (Avid, Davinci.) They are the only company that does this kind of BS! Content-aware crop.

@KonaMike - you hit it on the nail. The reason Adobe WENT subscription based ONLY (because for 1-2 years they had BOTH cloud subscription based and perpetual license option) however it did not do very well financially and Adobe was losing a lot of money because people weren't seeing the need to upgrade every time they released a new product. So the subscription model was made and invented to keep Adobe's revenue a constant stream in. Also to help combat people who are pirating the software because they couldn't afford the heavy price tag to buy into Photoshop, but could afford a small monthly fee over time. I personally worry about this subscription model because many other companies are going much the same way, now all the sudden you don't own anything anymore you just rent it. And like cell phone, the consumer being ripped off becomes commonplace, to the point where the consumer doesn't even realize or care or think about it anymore.

That said, I've had my share of Photoshop bugs as well through various versions of Photoshop CC. A lot of times when I use Adjustment Layers, I'm unable to use the corresponding info panel in order to make any adjustments. Photoshop simply won't open the panel, so I have quit Photoshop CC and start it up again. Very irritating.

Give me a one-click fix for banding. Or a wizard that lets me get correct colors on my printer without lots of trial and error. Let me do batch-saving right out of the normal save dialogue, like lightroom.
I hope there is going to be a stable version without too many bugs soon - and I will stick to it as long as I can. (The other thing that drives me crazy is the Nikon-tethering problem in Lightroom. At least I have a workaround with Capture One.). You can press Alt to open the tool in Windows but you have to have it pressed before you put the cursor over the menu. I think the best solution is to roll back to the previous release of Photoshop instead of deactivating graphics acceleration or converting to 8 bits. It is not very clear from the CC app how to roll back but I actually made a little entry in my blog after contacting adobe for support on how to. What I think Adobe should implement after the last two update debacles (lightroom import and now liquify) is an option inside the CC app to skip one update of an app.
To adjust the size of the eyes, hover over one of the eyes in the photo until your cursor changes to a double-pointed diagonal arrow. Then click, hold, and drag outward to increase the size of both eyes. Tip: As you hover over a facial feature, on-image icons and tool tips appear to let you know which feature and property will change.
This is a similar rule for the mouth except you can dramatize the smile. Let’s exaggerate the smile on another image. This feature drags the corners of the mouth upward. Now we need to increase the size of the lips. Make sure you are happy with the Face Width and Jawline, because we will need to adjust those first. Adjust the neckline with Forward Warp to make the slimming effect more proportional.
Please re-read what I wrote. I was replying to the guy above who thinks that Lightroom does '95%' of what people use Photoshop for. The point is, PS is a much more powerful and diverse tool than LR. Sure, some people only need Lightroom, but for many this is simply not the case. I'm an advertising photographer and retoucher.
As Fixx rightly said, PS, at least for photographers, isn't, conceptually, a very complex software. Most (not all) of it is about 'where?' (i.e., what part of the picture you want to operate on), 'what?' (the nature of the operation), and 'how much?'

I finally worked on an 8-bit file, and there was no problem. So from my understanding only 16-bit pictures are affected by the problem. Any area that is altered using the liquify tool will get a rendering close to the one seen when switching the blending mode of a layer do 'Linear Dodge (Add)'. As you can understand, one solution is to give up on 16-bit files until Adobe comes up with an update that corrects the issue. But for professionals that need high-quality print files, this isn't a viable option. Another workaround I found on is to press alt when clicking on the liquify filter in the filter menu. It disables the GPU acceleration.
The curved dotted lines along the left and right edges control the angle of the Smile. Raise or lower the Upper Lip by dragging the curved line directly above it, or the Lower Lip by dragging the curved line below it.
